Another true story from my Kmart days. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t going to be allowed to have my High School graduation off from work simply because all the other seniors beat me to the punch in requesting off. She also denied me days off for my Eagle Scout ceremony, a weekend camping trip I had planned for that summer and a day I took off to go biking with my friends. My two week notice was turned in the next day. So I managed to get my graduation off as well as the rest of my summer before college.
