Billy is a college graduate who moved back home after college and started working almost full time at his old summer job, cashier at FYC Markets. He shares an apartment with his girlfriend Amy. He enjoys hiking, classic VW's and camping. He lives next door to an evil genius and has a stalker that is almost always around.

His origins are a mystery for the most part. But here's what we know. From what he tells us his name is Harold M. Bristol and he was Billy's roommate in college. He hasn't left Billy's side since. He is a self proclaimed stalker stating that it is a family tradition to stalk people. He almost always has on an FYC baseball cap that once was Billy's and he constantly wears wrap around sunglasses. Not a single soul in Whiskey Falls has ever seen his eyes.
